We want to inform you that we are currently experiencing lower capacity and expect this to continue for the next 14 days due to being short-staffed. Our top priority is ensuring the highest level of care for your pups, which is why our recruitment process is intentionally thorough and takes time.

Here’s how our hiring process works:

1. We start by posting on Indeed and reviewing all incoming applications.
2. Out of about 100 resumes, we typically shortlist 5 to 7 candidates.
3. Selected candidates are invited to a video interview.
4. If the interview goes well, the candidate joins us for a trial hike to ensure they truly love dogs, follow safety protocols, and interact responsibly.
5. We then conduct reference checks before making a final hire.

This careful process ensures that we bring in the right people to care for your pups, but it does mean recruitment takes longer. We sincerely apologize for any disruption in our services during this period. We are doing everything possible to maintain a high level of service and expect to return to normal operations in 14 days.
